By creating an account or using TenantTracer ("the Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TenantTracer helps commercial real estate professionals find prospective tenants (via public business search), manage a deal pipeline, track commissions, draft outreach, and generate proforma valuations. The Service is a productivity and organizational tool.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring per-seat basis at the rate shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to: (a) use business information surfaced through the Service only for your own legitimate brokerage business; (b) not resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export data from the Service; (c) conduct any outreach in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA, and honor opt-out requests. Business search results are provided via Google Maps Platform and are also subject to Google's terms.
Proforma valuations, commission calculations, fit scores, and any other figures or outputs generated by the Service are estimates and informational tools only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying all numbers and for having leases, agreements, and transactions reviewed by qualified professionals (including an attorney and/or accountant) before relying on them. The Service does not provide, and is not a substitute for, professional advice.
You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, for the accuracy of data you enter, and for ensuring your use of contact data and outreach complies with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time as described above.
The Service and all data and outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Business and contact data may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenantTracer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on outputs of the Service.
