TenantTracer ("we", "us") provides a commercial real estate prospecting and deal-management platform for licensed brokers and brokerage professionals ("users"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information.
We collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, firm, phone); (b) listing, prospect, pipeline, and deal data you enter or generate in the platform; and (c) publicly available business information (business name, address, public phone, website) returned from the Google Places API when you run a business search.
We use account data to operate your account and process billing. We use the listing, prospect, and deal data you enter to provide the platform's features — pipeline tracking, commission tracking, proforma generation, and AI-assisted outreach drafting. We do not sell personal information.
When you use the business-search feature, we query the Google Places API and display publicly available business listings. This feature uses Google Maps Platform and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Consistent with Google's terms, we store only Google place identifiers for businesses you add to your tracker and treat other business details as live, re-fetchable information rather than a stored dataset.
Contact details you add to a prospect (a contact name, phone, or email you have researched) are stored in your account to help you manage your own outreach. This data is visible only to you and is not pooled into a shared database accessible to other users.
Outreach drafting, prospect fit-scoring, and rent-roll reading use a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to process the relevant text you submit. Data you process is sent to that provider solely to generate the requested output.
Individuals whose information appears in the platform may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by emailing zmarzouk@tenanttracer.com. For publicly listed business information surfaced via Google, requests to remove content from Google's services should also be directed to Google.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and security standards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
