TenantTracer ("we", "us") provides a commercial real estate prospecting platform to licensed brokers and brokerage professionals ("users"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information.
We collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, firm, phone); (b) listing and campaign data you enter; and (c) business contact information about prospective tenants and their representatives, which we obtain from licensed third-party data providers to help you identify and reach potential tenants.
We use account data to operate your account and billing. We use business-contact data solely to provide the prospecting features you request — surfacing relevant businesses and decision-makers for your listings. We do not sell personal information.
Business-contact information is supplied by licensed third-party data providers. That information is made available to you, the user who requested it, in connection with your use of the platform, and is not pooled into a shared database accessible to other users.
Individuals whose information appears in our platform may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information. To make a request, email zmarzouk@tenanttracer.com. Where the data originated from a third-party provider, we will also forward your request to that provider and apply any deletions or opt-outs we are required to honor.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and security standards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
